FROM CUSTOM CABLING TO FULLY INTEGRATED SOLUTIONS

At ZK-SYSTEMS, we specialise in the manufacture of custom-made wiring harnesses for industrial, embedded and safety-critical applications.

Our product range includes ribbon cables, twisted bundles, harnesses, coaxial assemblies, and single- or multi-wire cabling. All our products are manufactured to the highest quality and traceability standards, complying with IPC-A-620 standards (up to Class 3).

Each cable is fully identified, tested and delivered ready for integration, with or without a connector. We can also integrate specific connectors (Harting, Molex, etc.) according to your requirements.

Our wiring solutions can be adapted to different voltage levels (LV or MV) and are available in various cross-sections. They can be supplied shielded or unshielded, and with custom test templates if required.

Our workshop is structured to handle single-unit productions, technical pre-series, and repetitive series with short lead times.

We provide thermal or barcode identification, along with full bill of materials (BOM) archiving and complete batch traceability.

Finally, our cables are designed to meet the specific requirements of your industry sector, including railways, defence, energy and IT.

ZK-SYSTEMS, design, wire and assemble electrical, control and power cabinets.

Our products range from industrial low-voltage switchboards to control cabinets, including embedded or modular enclosures installed in demanding environments.

Each cabinet is engineered to meet your constraints regarding space, power, accessibility and maintenance. We can either integrate the components of your choice or propose optimised architectures based on our internal standards.

Our cabinets are electrically and mechanically tested, labelled, documented and ready to install. They can include: automation systems, protection devices, power distribution systems, supervision systems, conversion units, and human–machine interface (HMI) systems.

Our capabilities cover both complex one-off projects and small series with customisation.
